1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of lunseek.com and to quotations and orders placed through it. By using the site you accept them.
2. Products and specifications
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for guidance. Because configurations are customised per market, the binding specification is the one stated in the quotation or proforma invoice issued for your order.
3. Quotations and orders
Prices are quoted per project and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and receive the agreed deposit.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is required before production and the balance before shipment.
5. Delivery and risk
Lead times are estimates given in good faith. Delivery terms (for example FOB, CIF or DDP) and the point at which risk passes are stated in the quotation.
6. Warranty
Warranty terms are stated per product in the quotation or product documentation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised modification.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and product documentation, belongs to Lunseek or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the value of that product as invoiced.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in China, unless the quotation states otherwise.
